Orange Butter On Multigrain Toast (Eggless)


1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature | ¼ cup freshly squeezed navel orange juice | ¼ cup powdered sugar | Zest of one large navel orange, finely chopped | Thick slices of multigrain bread (To serve).


Process the orange zest and sugar in a food processor. Add the butter and mix together till creamy and fluffy. Pour in the orange juice, a bit at a time, until all is absorbed. Pack into a jar, and smooth off the top. Serve with Multigrain bread, scones or even biscuits!
