ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
In order for you to be eligible for STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest you must satisfy all the following criteria:
• You must purchase worth minimum Rs. 100 & above of Coke branded products at STAR stores in 1 single invoice at Thane, Pune, Mumbai & Ahmedabad stores during the contest period. In case of sales returns or refund, the entry will be deemed to be disqualified.
• You are eligible for the contest only if you have been contacted by STAR via Whatsapp. This will be on the basis of data available with STAR & discretion of STAR.
• You should be above 18 (eighteen) years of age as on the date of start of the contest.
• You must be a citizen of India for entire April 2024
• You must be eligible to enter a contract as per applicable laws prevailing in India.
• You must not be an employee of STAR, Trent Hypermarket Private Limited (THPL), Fiora Online Limited & Fiora Online Limited its affiliate or associate companies, or the relative of any such employee.
• You agree that your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions as set-out hereinunder and any other formalities stipulated by THPL during the Contest Period shall disqualify you from participating in the STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest.
Conditions for Participation
To participate in STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest, it is mandatory that you purchase Coke branded products worth minimum Rs. 100 in 1 single invoice at STAR stores in Mumbai, Pune & Ahmedabad stores
In case of sales returns or refund, the entry will be deemed to be disqualified.
There is no limit on the number of times you can make purchases to participate in STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest. However, for the lucky draw, only one entry per person will be considered.
Process of Selection of Winners
The winners of STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest will be selected on a random basis by virtue of a lucky draw that will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
THPL will announce the names of the winners which we will call the registered contact number of the winners for their confirmation to claim the eligible prize.
In the event the winners of a prize fail to respond to the call within a period of 2 (two) days or are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize and consequently the next participant, chosen by virtue of a lucky draw, will be eligible to claim the prize. Our responsibility, therefore, is limited to informing the winners by call about the prize that has been won by them and we are not liable to do any follow-up call to the winners.
The participants understand and agree that by merely participating in STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest the participant does not become eligible to claim the prize(s) and it is necessary for the participant to be selected and announced as a winner by THPL to claim the prizes mentioned hereinbelow.
Prize Details
The participants who emerge as winners based on the random lucky draw selection in STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest will be entitled in the following manner to claim the following prize:
The winners of the above prizes cannot assign or transfer or exchange their respective prizes.
Limitations of Liability and Release
By participating in STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest, you agree and confirm to release THPL from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to your participation in STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest and waive all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential, and/ or other damages.
THPL is not responsible for the quality of the goods/ services distributed as a prize(s) as these goods/ services are not manufactured/ provided by us, and we will further not be liable for any damage or defect to such goods/ services.
The income tax, gift tax or any other statutory tax liability that arises, if any, in connection with the prize(s) and is applicable from time to time will be solely borne by the winner(s) of the respective prize(s).
No responsibility or liability whatsoever is assumed by THPL for any technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest
• Hardware or software errors;
• Faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems;
• Errors or limitations of any internet service providers, servers, hosts, or other providers;
• Garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions;
• Lost, late, delayed, or intercepted transmissions;
• Unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or
• Destruction of any aspect of STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of the contact number used in connection with STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest.
Our Rights
THPL’s decision with regard to the transactions under STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest will be final and binding on all participants. We also reserve the right to extend or discontinue STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest or to cancel, change, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, the participation, selection, and duration clauses, at any time during the Contest Period, at our sole discretion, as may be required in view of any business exigency(ies), or any statutory or regulatory changes and all such changes and amendments shall be binding on the participants.
The winners and/ or their legal heirs shall not have any rights/ claims against THPL in addition to the prizes they are entitled to.
Force Majeure
STAR Cricket & Chill lucky draw contest is subject to any force majeure circumstances i.e. any event directly or indirectly resulting from any acts of God including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, an act of any sovereign including but not limited to war, rebellion, military or usurped power or confiscation, destruction or damage to property, riots, terrorist attacks, lockdowns, and lockouts by or under the order of any government or imposition of government law, judgment, order or decree, sanction, embargo or similar action, blockade, or labour dispute, epidemic, pandemics, accidents, strikes, explosions, or other similar or different contingencies which are beyond the control of THPL which cannot reasonably be forecasted or provided against, and cannot be predicted by men of ordinary prudence. In case of any such force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner can be attributed to THPL.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
Other Details
- Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Organizer’s sole discretion.
- Documents to be submitted by customer as proof of Identity and entry - Customers may be required to provide KYC (PAN/Aadhaar), proof of eligibility, proof of entry/purchase (if applicable), signed declaration and release.
- All taxes, duties, TDS, registration fees, or incidental costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner unless stated otherwise.
- The Contest cannot be combined with any other Contest and/or offer from the Company, subsisting or announced at the same time or on a future date by the Company.
- Contestant agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
- In the event that the Contest is considered, declared or deemed void in any state under the governing law, then the Company shall not be liable to provide any free cash-back, gift(s) or compensation to the Contestant on any account.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable regulations

- Contestant gives the Company the right to publish and broadcast at any medial platform for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, Contestant’s and/or winner’s name, image, and/or photographs of the Contestant.
