Devilled Eggs
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs, hard-boiled | ¼ cup mayonnaise | Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION
Peel the boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise, removing all the yolks to a medium bowl. Place the eggs on a serving platter. Mash the yolks into a fine paste using a fork and add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to it. Mix it well.
Put a spoonful of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle some more freshly ground pepper on top. Serve.
