Summery Mango & Paneer Duet


25g paneer cut into cubes | 2 firm Alphonso Mangoes, peeled and cut into small cubes | 1 teaspoon ajwain | 3 tablespoon EVOO | Salt & black pepper |   
4 tablespoons crushed Pista powder | Few mint leaves


Cook the paneer in ajwain, salt and pepper in the pan. Mix mango, mint and pistachio and layer it on top of the paneer cubes in a plate.
