Summer Sprout Papdi Chaat
50g sprouts | 100g peeled pomegranate seeds | 200g hung curd | 1 tablespoon honey | 25 ginger slivers | 25 puris.
Mix the sprouts, hung curd and honey well. Add this mixture into puris until half full. Top it up with pomegranate & ginger sliver to add to the garnishing and taste.
