Instant Eggless Orange French Toast (Without Egg)
Beat the first 3 ingredients (Soya Milk, orange juice and grated orange peel) to blend in a medium bowl. Dip bread slices, one by one in the mixture. Coat both sides. Don’t soak it completely, as it will become soggy.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bread to pan in batches and cook until golden brown, adding more butter to the pan as necessary, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to the platter.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with marmalade and maple syrup or honey.
